However, laws, policies, income requirements and government fees (for example those of the IND) change regularly, often every January and July. Yari Immigration Services is an independent advisory firm. We are not part of, or affiliated with, the IND, the Dutch government, any municipality or any embassy or consulate. Decisions on applications are made solely by the competent authorities.
