No. The Netherlands ended its residence permit for foreign investors on 1 January 2024. Investors and entrepreneurs usually come through a business route – such as self-employed, start-up or, for US citizens, DAFT – or as highly skilled migrants. We find the route that fits you.
No one can influence an IND decision or its processing time. What we can do is prevent delays: a complete, well-prepared file avoids requests for extra information, which are the most common cause of waiting.
